虫草花蒸腊味
原料:腊肠100克、腊肉50克、虫草花25克、黑木耳20克、葱粒少许、姜丝少许
制法:黑木耳洗净,放入盘子,再把用开水洗干净的腊肠和腊肉切成小片,拜访在黑木耳上,最后把洗干净的虫草花和姜丝撒在腊味上,将其放入锅中隔水蒸15-20分钟将腊味煮熟即可出锅,最后撒上葱粒即可上桌!
